Security Deposit Handling

Here are PandaBed's recommended security deposit recommendation:

Stays <30 days - No more than 1 week of rent
Stays >30 days - No more than 1 month of rent

Security deposit can only be claimed from the Guest on check-out if there are:

- Damages to the house
- Missing items
- Guest did not comply to house rules
- Additional Cleaning Fees

Security Deposit cannot be claimed for normal wear and tear of the home.
