How do I report an issue when I check-in?

As much as possible, we recommend guest and host to mutually resolve an issue without having PandaBed to mediate. However, should you require PandaBed's assistance, you can send a description of it to alertpanda@pandabed.com with all the supporting claims. In such a event, we will ensure that both the host and guest interested are equally protected.

Should there be an unlikely case of medical emergeny, unlawful activities or your life is danger, please contact the local police and paramedics for immediate assistance.
