What happens if my booking is cancelled by my host?

Should a host cancel your booking, PandaBed will give you a 100% refund or find you an alternative accomodation that suits your requirements. At PandaBed, we discourage hosts to cancel bookings and they will be penalize up to 10% of the booking amount should they do so.

If your host has cancelled the booking after confirmation, please do not hesitate to email us at reservation@pandabed.com. PandaBed to assist you immediately.
