What happens if I don't get a reply from my host?

We usually recommend guests to enquire and have in mind at least 3 to 5 properties. You can look out for Respond Rate to determine if host is active on the platform. On our part, PandaBed will penalize hosts who are non-responsive to booking requests.

If you have a confirmed booking and unable to reach your host before your stay, please email [email protected] or call our Customer Care Center. We will attempt to contact the host on your behalf. If the host is not contactable, we will provide you with a full refund or find you an alternative accommodation that fits your requirements.
