All guest who book with PandaBed are protected with our 24-hour Guest Refund policy. This policy generally falls into 2 common issues
1. The home is misrepresented by the host or lacks amenities or items, otherwise as promised on the PandaBed website
2. The home cleanliness and hygenic is unfit to occupancy
Here are some examples when honor this policy:
- The home is missing an item promised in the listing’s info and/or photos.
- You check-in into a different room type as per the listing.
- The bedroom and bathroom number is inaccurate
- Listing address is inaccurate
- No clean linens or towels provided, unless the host has clearly stated in the listing.
- Listing poses a sanitation hazard to the health of your guests.
- Animal(s) being kept at home is/are not disclosed
