How do I confirm a booking?

Congratulations, you are one step closer to completing your vacation home booking! For booking to be confirmed, the host that you choose to stay with must approve the booking.

All it takes is a simple 3 step process:

1. As a guest, you've done your part by sending a booking request to the host. From here, PandaBed will process your credit/debit card details and put payment on hold.
2. The host must either accept or decline the booking request within 24 hours. Failure to respond will result in a cancellation of the booking and you will be notified.
3. If host:
- Accepts Booking: This means that the booking process is completed and confirmed. The amount will then be charged to your credit/debit.
- Rejects Booking: The booking is cancelled and you will be not charged for anything.

Important Note - PandaBed does not charge Guest's credit/debit card until Host accepts the booking. Should Host cancel the booking request, the authorization on Guest's credit card will be cancelled within 7 to 14 working days.
