What if I have a change of plan before I check-in?

All bookings are bounded by the individual cancellation policies of the Host. However, it is at the goodwill of the host to decide if their guest can make adjustment to the reservation.

Guest should get a mutual agreement from the host on the change of plans. Once an agreement has been reached, send an email to [email protected] titled “Request For Change of Dates <Booking ID>” and PandaBed will do the necessary credit/debit on your credit/debit card.

For adjustment initiated by guest, PandaBed will charge a 10% admin fee to refund unused amount back to the guest.7
